I have got a 60% percentage in 12th hsc and mhtcet expected marks are also 60.

12th board marks don't matter in admissions. Considering you have got 60 marks in MHTCET; it is pretty unlikely that you will get admission in VIT, Pune. It is very difficult to get admission with these marks. You can check the following link to get rough idea about cutoffs.
