i have got a rank of 23600 in general EWS category, in jee mains paper 1 in the year 2021, Are there any chances of getting in any department of NIT's??? please let me know

On such rank any NIT or IIIT or GFTIs seems to be quite difficult  but you can go some government autonomous institutions of some states like Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat and likewise.

If we go through previous year's data of seat allotment On the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted colleges :-

MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur

SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai

GEC Ajmer

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University College of Engineering, Pune
