Hey Sonali.

The cut off for admission in any of the National Law Universities through CLAT in the previous year was a rank in the range of 1600 for the general category. Considering that your rank is 2797, you do not seem to have any chances for any of the National LawUniversitiesif you belong to the general category. Usually there are vacancies in the lower NLUs as people leave their seats for other colleges. You might have a fair chance then. But vacancies are very uncertain and you might/ might not have a chance. Also, if you have other optiona various non NLU law colleges and even private colleges are better than the lower tier NLUs. So you can prefer joining those instead of waiting for vacancies. As far as the last allotment lists are concerned your chances aren't much.

Other than colleges with their own entrances, There are various Private Colleges that accept CLAT scores other than the National Law Universities. You might even have a chance for colleges under IPU, Delhi if you applied there.

Here is a list of a few of them.

Jindal Global Law School, Sonepat

Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai

NIRMA UNIVERSITY, Ahmedabad

ICFAI Law School, HyderabadSchool of Law, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam

Alliance School of Law, Bangalore

IFIM Law College, Bangalore

LLOYD Law College,Greater Noida

Amity University, U.P.

Asian Law College, Noida

Manipal University, Jaipur

I've written that you do have chances through vacancies. But even they are less. Also vacancies  uncertain-might/might not happen. Can't rely on them fully

How can anyone be sure in which NLU people will leave their alloted seats to create vacancies. Try to understand that as per previous year trends, lower NLUs usually have vacancies if people who were firstly alloted the seats leave them.
So the respective NLUs issue notices for applications for those seats. And the top rankers among the applicants are selected.
So you can't exactly predict which NLU there will be a vacancy or the exact cut off for vacancies.
Usually people ranked under 3000 have chances for selection through vacancies is they apply, which might change as per the circumstance each year.

After counselling process is over you need to keep a tab on official websites of lower NLUs in case they ca for applications to fill up the vacancies.
