I have got a rank of 69615 with a percentile of 93.5702696. Can I get any NIT or IIIT in Mechanical or EEE/ECE? My home state is Maharashtra and I am of general category. Can I get a seat in the special round of CSAB?

Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NIT or IIITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. Aa you have secured 69165 CRL rank in JEE mains 2020 from general category, then with this much rank in JEE mains the chances are negligible for you to get seat in NITs or any iiits in whole csab round counseling.
As you belongs from maharashtra, then also by applying home state quota, there is no chance of getting ec or me branch in vnit nagpur, not even in csab special round counseling.
But there is chances that he can get me or ec in some gftis like mizoram university, gurkula kangri vishwavidyalaya, Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology, etc.
Otherwise you can go with private colleges.
