I have got a ranking of 11036 in kcet and belong to obc (cat-1). Can I get a government seat for cs branch, in RV college of engineering?

Unfortunately, your rank 11036 in KCET is not enough to get you a seat in R V College of engineering as it has very high cut-off and for computer science branch you have to get rank above 570. With your mentioned rank and category you can get CSE in only two colleges who accepts KCET scores and these are
- SKSJT Institute of Engineering, Banglore
- Dr B R Ambedkar Institue of Technology, Banglore
