I have got a seat in 1st round and paid the fee, but I have gone to 2nd Round. If I don't get the seat in 2nd round.will my seat still exist

yeah, your allotted seat in the first round will be retained to you only, if you didn't get any seat in the second round. I f you want to know more information about the CSAB special round then you have to check the official website of it. here is the link.
