i have got admission in a private medical college in TN ,but i want to quit and take one year drop and attempt NEETnext year. Is it possible

Dear Durga, lets say after you quit Private Medical College, you appear for NEET and crack and get a seat in Government Medical College. Now because it is a Private Medical College, you will have to shell out the entire xourse fees to get your documents and TC because the College is forgoing a potential candidate for the entire duration of the course. And this amount can be bargained with the Administration. This is the biggest economical loss you might have to bear. Now you crack NEET and secure a seat in any GMC, you have to pay the fees again how nominal it might be. If you want to bear the financial burden, drop this year and appear for NEET again, you can. thank you so much for your advice.I want to clarify something.i have got the present medical college through TN medical counselling.so i have to pay that penalty fees only right not the entire course fees. please correct me if i am wrong.  And will i get some some part of the tution fees back?
