Hi, It depends on the course you are interested in because all the campuses of IBS are good in their own ways. In general Hyderabad can be considered at the very first place. Good Luck.

You can try to switch if you have not started with your studies. If you have started then its not a bad option. You can work on your acacdemic performances these 2 years.

Course is valid. It is not that bad college. Placements are good but again depends on your performance as well. Now that you are in Jaipur branch, give it a year with dedication and otherwise overall reviews are average. Go ahead.
