With your present rank, you can apply in IHM lucknow under any category other than General category. Since the closing of General category for IHM lucknow has the closing rank of l ess than 3000. Talking about only the other IHM colleges, they too have the closing ranks  of nearly less than 5000. I have provided a link below for the IHM colleges and their cut offs.
