Hi aspirant,
At this score, you are going to have a hard time finding a seat in a government medical college of Uttar Pradesh state. At this score you can expect your rank to be around 1.01-1.02 lakhs, as it was in NEET 2021. However, it may vary this year according to the cut-off this year, difficulty level of the exam, and the highest score. But it'll be more or less the same.
You can predict your rank using our rank predictor tool, link for which is provided below,

Now, talking about the closing ranks of the government colleges for Uttar Pradesh.
G.S.V.M, Kanpur 7944
B.R.D Medical college 10578
Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College 12049
Rani Durgavati Medical College 14065
Govt. Medical College, Kannauj 14583
Apart from these, the cutoff of the remaining medical colleges in your state remained quite high with last seats being allotted to candidates with rank around 11k-13k.
As you can see you have a hard luck fetching a seat in the government medical colleges of your state. You can opt for admission to private medical colleges of your state if your finances allow.
Hope this helps
All the best.
Dear aspirant
You haven't mentioned the college name or tagged any to tell, so be careful when you write up queries and don't miss that.
Uttar Pradesh state quota counseling cut off marks for govt medical College for OBC category was AIR 20206 (marks approx 600+) after second round of counseling.
So if we compare you are very much behind then last year cut off marks,it will be very rare for you to get govt MBBS college in uttar pradesh state quota counseling. Even only one BDS college is there so you don't have chances there also.
At your expected marks, you might get govt BAMS or BHMS college in up state counseling.
You can also get private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh state quota counseling if you are interested in that.
