It's all your choice where you want to study. YOur ranks are good so you can make to any college.
UPSEE rank will be enough efficient for you to get an CSE branch for sure which may be difficult to get it in KCET or COMEDK as ranks are high.
IF you want to go for CSE use UPSEE. Here is some names you can take into consideration:-
