I have got BDS in round 1 neet UG counselling Maharashtra (I am from Maharashtra) n i upgraded it .If i get a college in round 2 n i don't want it ,can I upgrade it ,n go for a better college in mopup round ?

See as of now the state counselling has been stopped for now because of the order of hon'ble SC, first of all AIQ counselling will get completed then only state counselling will be resumed so for now there is no notification regarding either mop-up round or second round. Without knowing the guidelines for this year for mop-up round counselling of state quota seats of Maharashtra I cannot help you with an exact information so kindly wait till the resumption of state quota counselling of Maharashtra.
