With reference to your query, FIrst I would glad to clear your myth ,generally people of your age are unaware and misinformed about it.
You have heard cse students placed high than other streams ,the simple reason behind that is coding culure is very high in their batch due to which they practise a lot and hardwork to develop and enhance their coding skills. If you will do the same then you will also will be placed with same packages.
