i have got csbs in thapar institute.Is it a good course.I have heard about it being a hindrance during futher studies and even job interview (other than tcs)

Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have got computer science buisness system branch so let me tell you all these talks from wherever you heard is not true. After all you are a cse student. You are definitely eligible to sit in all the companies without any kind of hindrance during interview too.
And the placements for Thapar University is good in the cse branch. Tech giants like Amazon, microsoft, wipro, Infosys, cognizant, Accenture and others comes for placements. You won't be having any problems in the placements.
