Going by last year's cutoffs, it would be difficult to get any government Medical college through State counselling. But you have chances to get government quota seats in Private Medical Colleges like
  • AJ Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Al Ameen Medical College
  • S. Nijalingappa Medical College and Research Centre
  • Kasturba Medical College
  • Shridevi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Hospital
  • Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre
etc through ST Category and state counselling. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
