It is difficult to tell you exactly that you will get a seat in computer science and engineering or not.
However with the help of previous years cutoff we can have an idea about the admission chances.
In 2019 the cutoff for computer science engineering under EWS category in mnit Alahbad was as follow.
Home state -610
Other state -434
So looking at the previous years cutoff you have decent chances in getting admission at mnit allahabad.
You can also check the admission chances in other nits and colleges through the college predictor tool.

Looking at previous years data it seems you have decent chances. As this is just an approximation, you should also try for other colleges also so that in case you didn't get seat you can get admission in other colleges if you want.
