    Yes. ...you can get lateral entry in automobile engineering through UPTU exam in government colleges as you mention you rank as 1725 with this rank you may able to get admission in government colleges with lateral entry in BTech automobile engineering.....

    there are 12 seat which are reserved for lateral entry student tgrthro uptu..
