I have got IHM Gandhinagar in 1st round of counseling , but I want an upgradation , do I have to pay the fees to freeze my seat or I canwait

You can wIt if you did not want that seat in that particular college dont freeze the seat of you do. Then you eill be out of the counseling session and the seat will be alloted to you. So do it carefully. All the best have a great future ahead.
