Hello Anup,
Unfortunately, the marks that you got latest in the subject will be used during your document verification. They can be less or more than your previous marks.
About National Institute of Open Schooling, If you want to go for it, you should as it has many good career options.

Latest marks are used whether they are lower or higher.
