So, in cases of mistakes such as not verifying the name spelling or other details at the time required, there's no need to worry. You can seek suitable advise from your concerned staff for alloting admit cards and verification. Even if the mistakes couldn't be corrected, there could be other ways in which your teacher could help.

You could have to carry those details for future too. But not to worry as it's a part of official documents and pretty much useful up to a few years after you graduate and settle down.

Now it can't be edited if the admit card is of high school. Your teacher must have told you to check the details whether it is wrong or right before submitting the form, so the mistake has done by you.

Now you need to go with the same name for all educational purpose and in jobs, there is no going back so that you can edit that information.
