I have got nit Surathkal civil in both 1st and 2nd round mock allotment will I confirmly get nit Surathkal civil?

There are 7 rounds of counselling in JEE mains qualifying students for admission. If you got NIT surathkal in consecutive 3 mock round and if you get it in in the third round of mock round also then it is confirmed that you will get NIT surathkal for your CIvIL engineering course of study.
