I have got only 60 percentage in my 12 standard. Is there any chance to get good engineering college with any of entrance exam

There are no chances for getting into engineering colleges without qualifying any of the entrance exams.
There are very few colleges that takes students of class 12(like toppers) without any entrance exam.But they require donations, and the fees to be paid is vast as the colleges are private.
I suggest you to write any entrance exam (like jee mains, eamcet, mhtcet,etc) or write entrance exams conducted by the private institutions.

Yes you can definitely get in many engineering colleges in India with 60% aggregate marks. That is the minimum required for studying b.tech in many institutions. You should have maths, Chemistry and physics as subjects and 45% aggregate in those subjects. Also you need to give entrance exams held by the particular college or JEE.
