To get seat in a college accepting JEE Main score you need to score the qualifying cut off percentile that is specified by NTA for each category. This qualifying cut off percentile changes that means it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and number of seats available etc.

As you have not mentioned your category we assume that you belong to general category. It is difficult to qualify in JEE Main with 33 percentile. You need to score minimum 90-95 percentile.
