The cutoff ranks for computer science and engineering branch are always very high.

Vellore and Chennai are very reputed campuses.

Expected Computer engineering cutoffs at Vellore campus are :-

1) CSE : under 6,000

2) CSE with specialization in Information Security : under 7,000

3) CSE with specialization in Bioinformatics : under 10,000

4) Information Technology : under 11,000



Expected cutoffs at Chennai campus are:-

1) CSE : under 10,000

2) Electronics and Computer engineering : under 12,000

As you can see, you cannot get a seat in with of the two.

If you want CSE only,

You need to try for other campuses like VIT Amaravathi and Bhopal as cutoffs there are low. These are newer campuses.
