Hello,
Sastra University takes admission on the basis of jee mains and 12th scores . 30% weightage is given to the 12th scores and 70% weightage is given to the jee mains scores and then a state merit list will be prepared and you will get your ranking and accordingly you will be admitted in a specific branch.
The cut offs depends on number of candidates applying for the counselling, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.
