Congrats on getting scholarship, As you are asking about the reputation of the CV Raman College of Engineering, then i must tell you that it is good college to persue your B.Tech Degree as it has a good reputation in Orissa it also has a good collection of faculty and wide range of Branch in B.tech Degree as you also get more options to choose.
