i have got seat in iiit and i wont to join that iiit but i submitted my orginal certificates and fee in cbit b cat can get back my certificates and refund

Sorry to inform you but you need to pay as the registration fee. It denotes booking the seat of the college. If you dont pay now then your registration for further rounds will be considered invalid.
However for some colleges, a part of the registration fee is reimbursed. I would recommend you to get in touch with the management of authorities for a better solution
