i have got seat in the 1st round but mistakenly i have selected the 3rd choice but i need that college only now so will i get that college also as option entry for 2nd round

If you are enquiring regarding Karnataka 2021 PGCET counselling then you cannot claim the previous seat allotment if you have selected choice 3. Choice 3 indicates that you are not satisfied with the seat allotment and you wish to participate in subsequent round to get seat in a better choice of institute. As you have selected choice 3 you can participate in second round and you wish to get seat in the previously allotted institute then you may modify the priority of the list of institutes. If there are vacant seats in that institute you might allotted seat in that institute.
