I have got SRN no. for CA foundation but after logging for ordering books the result is invalid credentials enter.

Basically that's a default message and you will have to wait to 2 weeks to 2 months and in the meantime you will get a text message on your registered mobile number in which you will get a link and after clicking on that link you can put your credentials and buy the books.Don't worry, have patience and wait for few days.
