I have got TRN rank 6023 in stream 2 and 6212 in stream 1 will I get btech biotechnology in sastra university

No! You have no chance of getting sastra University.If you are from another state other than tamilnadu then you should have a rank of below 2500 to get into sastra university. Rank of below 2200 to get Bio-technology. If you are from tamilnadu then under state Quota you have a chance of getting it.
