See the rank and category which you have mentioned there are very low or almost no chances for getting any other college in Maharashtra because there closing ranks are quite low. So I would recommend you to take admission in it if you are good with it. If you are only MBBS focused then it is quite difficult to get any other college even in further counselling rounds but yes if you want to go with BDS then you can get get some more colleges in further rounds.
