Since you haven't mentioned your category so I'm assuming it to be General. 

It is necessary to qualify in neet 2019 to be eligible to apply for admission in BAMS course. I'm  sorry to say this but taking into consideration of past trend you might not able to get any college. Try to score 420+ marks to secure a seat for BAMS in good colleges.
