I have got86.21%will I be able to get admission in du in 5-6th cut off in b.com program.general catagory.

Unfortunately, with your percentage in General Category you won't be getting admission in Delhi University with B.Com even till 6th cutoff the last even for General Category goes to 90% and never less than that.You can check it out yourself in this link
