As you have told,that you have secured 386 marks in NEET 2019 havng obc ncl category .It is possible for you to get a MBBS seat in assam government medical college ,if we go through the last year's NEET cutoff marks,which is given below on your category basis-

1)Assam Medical college-367 marks

2)Silchar Medical College and Hospital-344 marks

3)Jorhat Medical College-342 marks

4)Tezpur Medical College-325 marks
