As per the eligibility you must have passed with minimum 50% PCB overall score as a general category & 40% as a reserved category. You can check the further eligibility with the given below link.

Kindly please specify what you meant by "grace" marks as one subjects isn't sufficient to qualify neet and even if you have qualified with full marks in physics section you can't get admission into any government college but you might get private college in state counseling but for that you have to specify your rank along with your category.
