i have graduated from ba i want to apply for clat what should i opt for ug or pg
If you want to pursue a career in the field of law after graduation, then it's best you apply for LLB program, although based on your 12th qualification you can apply for CLAT UG if you have 45% marks in 10+2 from a recognized board, but integrated law program is for a duration of five years, hence I'll say opt for LLB, when it comes to CLAT PG, you need to be a graduate in law with 55% aggregate in case you belong to general category(for reserved category there's relaxation of 5%)either integrated law programs(five year duration) such as BA-LLB, BBA-LLB,BCom-LLB or LLB(three year duration).
Some of the top entrance test for LLB are DU LLB by Delhi University, BHU UET by Banaras Hindu University, LAT by Allahabad University and then we also have state level tests such as AP LAWCET, MAH LAWCET, TS LAWCET etc.
Hello Aspirant,
If you have done your graduation in BA, then you can go for the post graduation law programme. C LAT is the national level exam for the admission to Five year integrated programme & Post Graduate law ( LLM) programme and as you have already completed your Graduation programme then you can also go for 3 Years law programme.
Eligibility criteria:-
10+2 from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks. And hold a bachelors degree from a recognized university.
