Hello Alka Nanda!
I can understand your confusion. It is evident that you are not able to decide what to do next. But your degree of BSc Zoology honors can be very helpful if you know which field you should choose after this.
If you are really interested for research or lectureship, go for a MS degree first of all and try to get a good university with all the applied subjects you want to study. If you are deeply interested in research and can cope up with a demanding course load, you can try joining IISc, IISER, TIFR, NCBS, JNCASR, etc. for an Integrated MSc-PhD program. Also u can apply for integrated M.Sc. Ph.d in foreign universities through scholarship exams. Once you become a research fellow you can earn INR 25k per month + various allowances.
You can go for a MBA! Having a combination of any scientific background with business training can make you a possible candidate for a surplus of potential careers like IT, marketing and finance operations.
Your degree will be really useful if you want to become a Biomedical Scientist, Environmental Education Officer, Environmental Manager, Marine biologist, Toxicologist, or a Veterinary Nurse. If you are interested in wildlife and forests, you can try to get into Wildlife Institute of India ,Dehradun for a masters in wildlife science. If you belong to a coastal region, you can go for a MSc in marine biology.
If you are interested for a high salary all at once, you can teach in leading coaching institutes(Aakash, Allen, Unacademy, Vedantu etc.) for 8 hours a day, you will earn in lakhs. But do it only you have a passion in teaching.
If you are not interested in any of the above, religiously start preparing for government exams like UPSC, SSC CGL, etc. as per your comfort.
Hope this helps:)
All the best!
