A domicile certificate enables its holder to prove that he/she is a resident of the state either by birth or by having lived in Gujarat for more than 15 years. The document enables the holder to avail of the domicile /resident quota extended by the state in education and jobs.
Because you are having domicile of Gujarat you will be able to take admission through 85% State level quota even if you have studying in some other state.
