I have heard a rumour that DU is planning to take entrance exam for all undergraduate programs like bsc hons by next year..is it true??

There is no official notification regarding the matter and until and unless the delhi university doesn't publish an official notification regarding entrance exams I'll recommend you not to believe on the rumors.
