I have heard that jipmer has recent introduced negative markings .... May i know the marking scheme of the exam .

Here is the marking scheme :-
- A correct response leads to award of 4 marks.
- 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect response.
- 0 marks for unattempted questions.

Yes. You are correct .. jipmer has made some changes in the marking scheme which is as :-
+4 for marking Correct Response
-1 for marking Incorrect Response
0 marks for unattempted questions..

The marking scheme for jipmer 2018 is +4 for a correct answer and - 1 for a incorrect answer and 0 marks will be awarded for unattempted answer.
