i have hot 560 marks in neet 2020 should i drop this year or get into a good deemed collage if available?

Congratulations for scoring 560 marks in NEET. At this marks you can get rank in the range of 20,000 to 24,000. Since you have not mentioned your category, you can get admission into colleges under state quota or if you have any category.

Also, dropping one year can be a tough choice. But if you think that you could have done better and have potential to get a better rank then, you can go for a drop year. Keep working hard and settle for a college you have aspired for. There are many factors in the medical ug life that depend on the type of college you get. You should keep in mind the clinical exposure, college life and future post graduation opportunities before taking admission into a college. So, go for a drop year only if you think you can put in more efforts for your dream college. I would also advise you to keep an eye on counselling if you are getting a good college this time.

Firstly congratulations,560 is very good score in NEET examination.As per previous year's cutoff you have high chances to get good medical college's.Don't drop you must attend counselings.And one thing you don't mention your category.But it is very important for college allotment.You can clarify your doubts by the links provided below.

First of all congratulations for getting search marks actually this  is a good marks. And in  rthis marks rank can be between 19k to 24k. You will definitely get a a good government medical college by your state quota although if you belongs to to general category.
