Yes, You can go, If you have been alloted the college then you are free to exit the same without any issue right now. If you wish to join and proceed for upgradation, then you will retain the seat incase you are not allotted any seat in round two. If you wish to leave the seat then, you will have 48 hours to do so, failing which you will be considered as joined. Then you will become ineligible to participate in any other counselling if you quit and you may have to pay the whole course fee.

If you are allotted a seat in first round of State Quota Counselling then you can leave that seat. Free exit is available in the first round. and then if you get a seat in second round of AIQ counselling and you join that seat then you will not be able to vacate the seat.
