Hello,

According to the KEAM 2020 spot allotment procedure, a candidate whose name is in the merit list can apply for the spot allotment. Those who got admission in Government Merit seats for a course will not be eligible to take part in the Spot Allotment for that particular course. However a candidate who got admitted in a a Government merit seat in a a government controlled self financing college can apply for spot allotment in a government college for any course.

Hope this helps you.
