Hello,
The eligibility criteria for PGDM Agri Business Management is passed four years bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline of the following domains from a recognized university securing 60% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories,
The admission process is dependent on various factors such as 40% weightage is offered to entrance test scores which in your case is CMAT, 20% is given to personal interview, and 10% each is provided to analytical writing skill test/short presentation for five minutes/work experience of at least six months, further academic scores and diversity factors, each are given 5% weightage.
since you don't have work experience and there is year gap, you have to capitalize your strength in other areas such as CMAT scores, working on awst, your interview/presentation etc, rest of the things which you're in control of, there is no point in being bothered about the same, also if possible you may take up some certification courses relevant to your domain, this will provide a good impression, that even though you may not have work experience but you have gained enough knowledge prior to your admission in NAARM.
you may visit the official website at https://naarm.org.in/academics/admissions/ to know more details regarding this.
