Of course you can! Any graduate can appear for CAT. Being an arts graduate will you give you a headstart in the interview process. However its too early for you to concentrate on CAT. Focus on your graduation for now and start preparing for CAT once you are in your second year. All the best!

Since you have just cleared your intermediate exams, I think it is too early for you to think about exams like CAT as you have decided to go for BA LLB your focus at present should be your graduation degree and once you finish your graduation you can surely sit for CAT or any other MBA entrance examinations.
