See when you joined college you submitted your TC and LC of 10th standard, to reapply in a different college for +2 you will have to get those documents back and it's a long and risky process. Don't repeat rather apply for improvement exam that will save your time and efforts. You've learnt what you had to in 12th better you skip the re learning process and sit for the improvement exam. You can visit your college office to get forms for the improvement exams.
