I have just seen that my 10 year of passing is wrong in jee form will it effect my form

Yes it might effect, if you are willing to appear for mains again, u shall get a chance less

Yes that might affect.Year of passing is the most important thing that is considered by jee authorities for jee mains examination.So now as early as possible try to contact them and tell them your problem.
