Dear Sudhir, no. What the authorities look at is the authenticity of the certificate. As long as it is an original document, even if it laminated, it doesnt pose any issues during admissions.

Laminated certificates don't generally create any problem. It is not a big deal, don't worry.
Few colleges might have an issue with it. So, please mention the name of the college, to get a definite answer.
