If you want admission in any of the colleges of medical field you have to fill the counselling form .Now since you did not enter into your state counselling and AIQ counselling,The only option left is to wait till the mop up round new registration for private college so state quota.
You can also apply for management quota seats by directly contacting and filling forms at the college site.
