I have less then 150 in PCM but I have 84 mark in IT by combining PMIT I get more the 150 will I am eligible for degree in kalsekar

You scored decent marks in the exam. Yes, there are some chances that you will get admission for a degree in Kalsekar college based on your marks.
At the same time try applying for admission in other colleges to be on a safer side.
